Megan McFeely follows the inner path of Sufism and has been on a journey towards what is natural, essential and authentic for most of her life. The question, “who are we as human beings from the inside of ourselves?” has been at the center of her inquiry.

After working as communications strategist for many years in the tech and business field, she became connected to her tradition and teacher in 2000 and has since been devoted to the awakening consciousness of the feminine.

For the past 20 years she has used her communication skills to create engagement platforms for organizations focused on increasing our understanding of, and responsibility to, the interconnectedness of all life. Megan has worked with authors, non-profit organizations, content producers, educational/research and alternative healing institutions and teachers of the world’s wisdom traditions, including The Esalen Institute, Institute of Noetic Sciences, Protect Native Elders, authors and teachers Bill Plotkin, Brian Swimme, Dr. Dean Radin, Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, One the Movie, Global Oneness Project and on a TV, show called Global Spirit, which aired nationally on PBS.

In 2015, she produced and directed a film about the embodied wisdom of Sophia and the reclaiming of feminine power in this deeply wounded world. Her film, As She Is, was originally screened at the Library of Alexandria in Egypt to 200 women activists from 20 different nations. The film won best debut documentary at the Female Eye Film Festival in Toronto in 2016 and since then has been viewed in more than 40 countries and translated into French, Arabic and other languages. It continues to be distributed worldwide through GaiaTV on the Amazon platform.
